Hawkins Deluxe 5 L Stainless Steel Stovetop Deep Pressure Cooker

Hawkins HA22706 Overview

1.32 Gallon Cooking Capacity: The 1.32 gallon chamber holds enough stock, grains or beans for family-size batches in a single stovetop session.
Stainless Steel Pot and Lid: Stainless steel forms the pot and lid, a nonreactive metal that suits tomato, tamarind and other acidic cooking.
Full 12 Cup Batch Volume: A 12 cup working volume measures out rice, dal or soup portions without repeat batches on a single stovetop burner.
Silver Exterior Finish: The silver exterior reads as plain metal rather than coated color, matching other stainless pieces in a kitchen.
Deep Stovetop Design: A 10 inch assembled height gives the deep pan room for tall cuts of meat and full stockpot-style liquid loads.

Pressure Cooker Format
The HA22706 is classed as a pressure cooker rather than a canner, sized for daily meals instead of jar processing.
