Many of our items are used appliances, which inherently have cosmetic imperfections and signs of prior use.

3. Appliance Repair Services
If you engage Deorta Appliance for repair services, you agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the appliance. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary. Estimates provided before diagnostic inspection are approximate; final costs will be determined after the technician evaluates the machine.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
Used Appliances: Used appliances are sold with a limited 30-day warranty as specified on your purchase invoice. Except for the express warranties provided at the time of sale, all used appliances are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
General Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deorta Appliance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
